The Town of Falkville would like to notify residents that a Wet/Dry Referendum Election will be held on May 19.

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
✅ Important Reminder:
The last day to register to vote for this election is May 5, which is 14 days prior to the election.
Please note, this election will be held at the same time as the General Election, and voters will be sharing the Town courtroom/precinct. Voters are asked to be mindful of which side they are voting on for the Wet/Dry Referendum. Again, there will be two elections taking place at the same time and you stand in line and show ID twice to vote in each election separately.
Last day to receive an application for a regular absentee ball BY MAIL, no less than (7) days prior to the election (May 12th).
Last day for a voter to HAND DELIVER an application for a regular absentee ballot, no less than (5) days prior to the election.
