The Falkville Police Department is a participating agency for the Yellow Dot Program. This program is designed to help emergency responders identify medical issues during crashes or medical emergencies. There is no cost to be a part of the yellow dot program. You will find the paperwork required to participate at the Falkville Police department.

The fine for Texting and Driving is up to $75.00
You will also receive a 2 points violation on your record for Texting and Driving

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) are working together protecting the public and ensuring that the rights of victims are observed by administering a Victim Notification Program.
